Floating Sound Bath – Marchmont

Join us for an immersive experience of sound, water, and deep stillness. This unique Floating Sound Bath invites you to rest upon gentle floatation mats in warm water while being guided into a meditative state through the resonance of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound frequencies.

This practice supports the body’s natural ability to release tension and restore balance. The combination of floating and sound can help calm the nervous system, promote better sleep, ease emotional stress, and deepen your sense of connection to self. No experience is necessary – simply arrive, receive, and rest.
