ReSoMe® brings together Restorative, Sound and Meditation within one connected training pathway.
Study an individual accredited course or gradually build your training across the three disciplines. Each completed core stands independently and can also contribute towards a wider ReSoMe® qualification

Train to teach yoga or continue developing your skills as an existing teacher.
COYAMA is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School and YACEP. Our developing programme will include foundational teacher training and specialist continuing education delivered through in-person, residential and blended formats.

Foundations of
Sound Facilitation
Develop the practical skills to work confidently with crystal singing bowls, gong and complementary instruments.
Learn how to produce controlled sound, structure complete group experiences and guide participants with care from arrival through to closing.
No musical background is required, and instruments are provided during the training.

Floating Sound Bath Facilitator
Learn how to plan and deliver professional Floating Sound Bath experiences using the COYAMA Method.
Developed through more than 200 live events, this practical course covers venue relationships, pool logistics, participant suitability, risk management and confident facilitation in a water environment.
This course builds upon existing sound experience. It is specialist continuing education and does not form one of the nine ReSoMe® cores.

COYAMA training is led by facilitators who run these experiences commercially, week in and week out, across leisure centres, hotels and private venues.
What you learn is the method as it is actually delivered, including the things that only become obvious after a few hundred events.

Which course should I begin with?
That depends on your experience and what you want to offer.
Foundation courses are designed as natural starting points. Specialist courses may require previous training or professional experience. Every course page clearly states its entry requirements.
Are COYAMA courses accredited?
Yes.
ReSoMe® cores and Floating Sound Bath Facilitator Training are accredited by IPHM.
COYAMA is also a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School and YACEP. Each Yoga course page will state the recognition and training hours applicable to that programme.
What is ReSoMe®?
ReSoMe® is COYAMA’s accredited training pathway across Restorative practice, Sound and Meditation.
Each subject can be studied independently through Foundation, Practitioner and Master training. You can complete one course as focused professional development or combine courses over time to work towards wider ReSoMe® qualifications.
Do I have to complete the full ReSoMe® pathway?
No. Every ReSoMe® core is complete accredited training in its own right. You can take one course and stop there, return later or continue towards a wider ReSoMe® qualification.

What is the difference between Sound Foundation and Floating Sound Bath Training?
Sound Foundation teaches the practical foundations of working with sound instruments and structuring group sound experiences.
Floating Sound Bath Facilitator Training does not teach foundational instrument skills. It is specialist continuing education for people who already possess relevant sound training.
