Lie back.
Listen. Let go.
Scotland and north england
— Your path to clarity and restoration
Step into stillness as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong and chime move sound through the room, and through you. No movement required. Just lie back, listen, and let the sound do the work.

— what is it
A sound bath on land.
You rest comfortably on our mats and provided equipment while listening to the soothing sounds, Kotamo, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and gong. A full-body experience that promotes deep relaxation.
These sessions aren't performances; they're immersive spaces for stillness and release. Alongside classic sound baths, we also offer sessions woven with guided visualisation, storytelling and sound journeys, inviting you to explore inner landscapes through sound.
No previous experience needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax.
Stillness, sound & release.
Sound is one of the oldest forms of healing. Lying still and fully supported, the body's nervous system has space to downshift, letting tension, noise and tightly-held thought finally soften.
i
Stress & Tension Relief
Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and gong work together to calm the nervous system and ease the tension carried in the body.
ii
Mental Clarity
As the body settles, the mind follows, creating space for clearer thought that lingers long after the session ends.
iii
Deep Rest
A passive practice, no poses, no effort. Just permission to lie down and properly switch off.
iv
Guided Journeys
Beyond the classic format, sessions can weave in storytelling, visualisation and narrative sound journeys.
v
Open to Most
Sessions welcome most adults aged 16 and over, no mobility, swimming or water confidence required.

What to wear?
Comfortable clothing, and something warm if you tend to run cold, body temperature can drop during deep rest. Avoid anything restrictive or with metal components.
Is a sound bath right for me?
Sessions are open to most adults aged 16 and over. Some individuals may not be suitable to attend, including those who are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, living with unmanaged mental health conditions, sound sensitivity or uncontrolled epilepsy. If you're unsure whether this is right for you, get in touch and always consult your health physician. We're happy to discuss individual circumstances case by case.
Where are sessions held?
We currently run sessions across the South of Scotland & North of England. Check the events list above for your nearest and next date, more locations are being added regularly.
What happens during a session?
Each session begins with a short mindfulness practice to help you settle and become present. Once everyone is settled, the sound journey begins, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and gong, played in a carefully structured sequence designed to create deep relaxation and stillness. We end with a herbal tea to help you rehydrate.
Loo breaks
Sessions run around 50–90 minutes. We encourage you to use the facilities beforehand, but if you need to step out during the session for the toilet or any other reason, please feel free.
What should I bring?
A bottle of water and regular comfortable clothing.
What if I snore or fall asleep during the session?
Common, and completely fine. Our team monitors the room closely throughout, if we notice any signs of discomfort or shallow breathing, a staff member will gently check in. Light snoring isn't an issue; if it becomes disruptive, we'll step in as needed.
Can I book for a group or private event?
Absolutely. We welcome group bookings and offer private events, at a venue close to you, or at your own home. Get in touch by email to discuss group size and preferred location.
