What to wear?

You may wear comfortable clothing, something warm if you run cold. 

Are workshops right for me?

Workshops sessions are open to most adults aged 16 and over. However, some individuals may not be suitable to attend at this time.

Following our safety and risk assessment protocols, the following participants may not be eligible:

  • Individuals under the age of 16

  • Individuals who are pregnant (we advise you contact us prior to booking)

  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or misusing prescription medication in a way that may impair safety or awareness

  • Individuals with unmanaged mental health conditions (e.g., untreated schizophrenia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or severe behavioural disturbances) that may compromise their ability to safely participate

  • Anyone with uncontrolled epilepsy or a recent history of seizures that could be triggered by sound or lighting setting at the events

  • Those with any additional needs or health considerations that would make it unsafe or impractical to participate within the current staffing and setup

If you’re unsure whether this experience is right for you, we warmly encourage you to get in touch. We’re happy to discuss individual circumstances and explore what may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

What if I have a medical condition

All participants are required to complete a health declaration waiver prior to the session. If your condition meets our safety criteria, you’ll be welcome to join. Please refer to the ‘Are workshops right for me section’ or Please contact us in advance and prior to purchase to discuss if you’re unsure.

We currently run sessions across the South of Scotland, and North of England.  Please check the events list below to find your nearest and next Workshop

What happens during a session?

Each workshop is unique and different, please refer to the info section of each specific workshop to fully understand the program for the day.

What should i bring?

A bottle of water, regular comfortable clothes. Is normally enough, However there may be requests tobring other items dependant on the workshop, check info section of relevant workshop

Can I book for a group?

Absolutely. We welcome group bookings and also offer private events. Please get in touch with us via email to discuss group size and preferred location.

From absolute beginners to experienced practitioners, Tamara offers guidance in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and meditation. Every workshop is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress with clarity and confidence.

Drawing on her Buddhist background and vegan lifestyle, Tamara embodies the values she teaches, empathy, inclusivity, and mindful living. Her sessions are a safe, welcoming space where all abilities and ages are celebrated.
