No movement required. Just lie back, listen, and let the sound do the work.
What is a Sound Bath
A sound bath is a deeply calming experience where you lie down comfortably—supported by mats, bolsters, or blankets—and allow yourself to be immersed in waves of therapeutic sound. Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments,c each session offers a full-body experience that supports deep rest and nervous system regulation.
These sessions are not performances; they are immersive spaces for stillness and release. The vibrations move through the body, helping to quiet the mind, soften tension, and bring about a sense of peace and clarity.
Alongside classic sound baths, we also offer sessions that incorporate guided visualisations, storytelling, and sound journeys—inviting you to explore inner landscapes, emotional release, or symbolic narrative through sound.
No previous experience is needed—just wear something comfortable and allow yourself the space to fully let go.
