You arrive at the meeting point – a park, a beach, or a hidden spot in nature. We hand you your wireless headphones, tuned in and ready. You roll out your mat as music hums to life, setting the tone.
The teacher’s voice comes through crystal-clear in your ears. No shouting, no background noise – just breath, beats, and movement. You’re guided through a full-body Vinyasa flow, synchronised with a curated playlist that lifts you, grounds you, and keeps you moving.
Sunset fades or the morning light rises. 75 minutes of yoga unfold in sync with nature, sound, and community – everyone in their own zone, but together. You close with a deep savasana, soundtracked by ambient beats or live sound healing.
Afterwards? You leave lighter, maybe buzzing – but definitely changed.

what does a session look like?
Each 75-minute session opens with an easy flow to warm the body, builds into a soulful Vinyasa rhythm, then winds down into deep stretches and a 10-minute savasana – all synced to sound. Guided, grounded, and unforgettable.
what is the vibe?
Immersive sound, epic playlist, clear instruction, no outside noise – just movement, breath, and beats.
Can I do this if I’ve never done yoga before?
Absolutely. This is all-levels Vinyasa. You’ll be guided clearly through your headphones, and nobody’s watching – everyone’s in their own zone.
Do I need to bring my own headphones?
Nope. We provide high-quality wireless headphones for every participant – sanitised, comfortable, and ready to go.
What if it rains?
We’re in Scotland – it might. If it’s light drizzle, we dance in it. If it’s torrential, we’ll reschedule and transfer your ticket or refund you. We’ll email/text you 2 hours before the event if weather forces a call. Check Our Socials also for details
What should I wear and bring?
- Something you can move and sweat in. Layers are smart for Scottish evenings. We move, breathe, and sometimes get sandy or grassy – dress like you mean it.
- Bring your mat – or a big towel if it’s on the beach.
- Don’t forget some water
Is it actually silent?
To passers-by, yes. To you, no. Through your headphones, it’s music, breath, and instruction – immersive and distraction-free.
What is the age limit?
13+ unless otherwise stated.
Will I look stupid wearing headphones in public?
No. You’ll look like someone living in the future. Everyone’s doing it – together – and once you’re in the flow, you won’t care who’s watching.
Can I bring a friend who doesn’t do yoga?
Yes. If they’re up for trying, they’re welcome. If they’re just tagging along, it’s better they join the next one when they’re ready to dive in.
